01The agreement
These terms apply to your use of Cronfy, the time tracking service at cronfy-app.web.app, operated by Andrey Broker (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Cronfy you agree to them. If you use Cronfy for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
02Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away at andreybroker02@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
03Workspaces and teams
A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins, which projects people can track time on, and they can see the team’s hours and reports. When you invite people or share a join link, you are responsible for who you let in.
If you join someone else’s workspace, the entries you log there are part of that workspace, and its owner can keep them after you leave.
04Your content
You own what you put into Cronfy — entries, descriptions, clients and projects. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and your workspace.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to add it, including any personal data about clients or colleagues.
05AI assistants
You can connect third-party AI assistants (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to Cronfy. When you authorize one, it acts on your behalf, with your permissions: it can read your projects and entries and create or change your own entries.
- Those assistants are provided by other companies under their own terms; we are not responsible for how they work.
- Entries an assistant logs are marked as such. Review them — especially before you invoice or report hours — and correct anything that isn’t right.
- You can disconnect an assistant at any time.
06Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use Cronfy for anything illegal, or to record time you know is false in order to mislead others;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around our security or limits;
- overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or test its security without our written permission;
- resell or copy the service.
Found a security issue? Please tell us at andreybroker02@gmail.com — we appreciate it.
07Price
Cronfy is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep Cronfy available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. Export your data (CSV or PDF reports) whenever you need a copy of it.
09Ending your use
You can stop using Cronfy at any time and ask us to delete your account at andreybroker02@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk; where reasonable, we will warn you first so you can export your data.
10Liability
Cronfy is provided “as is”. You are responsible for checking the hours, amounts and reports you use for invoicing, payroll or other decisions.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
11Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. If you keep using Cronfy after that, the new terms apply.
